#BreakingBarriers WEEK 20

1. One day, everything seems great in your world—maybe not perfect.

2. You lose your job, or someone you love, or your home, or maybe even your health.

3. Yours might be emotional or psychological issue you battling with.. Sigh! We all have ISSUES.

4. Probably you trapped in the fear of unknown, afraid to make strategic decision.

5. Seems like the world is crumbling before you? You can’t help it but complain?

6. Sometimes you wish the world will come to an end and the struggles should vanish in a second.

7. Though you smile and laugh with people, but inside you far be it! Hmmm
8. It isn’t fair. You don’t deserve it. You didn’t see it coming. You didn’t plan for it. Right?

9. You have so many feelings and frustrations you don’t know what to do first—or if you want to do anything at all.

10. Whatever you’re dealing with, is it really the end of the world?

11. Especially for those who have no one to tell us to stop crying! Crying is not a sign of weakness FYI.

12. Or some of us who find it difficult to CRY even though the situation is painful to our bone marrow.

13. Life is not fair I agree. Some things happen to you that you can’t explain WHY.

14. The question WHY ME seem mysterious to some as answers never come.

15. Either you are at a cross road to make that decision that will affect (Negative/positive) your life.

16. There in the midst of despair, emotional imbalance and obsession of negativity how do you get out?

17. To someone out there, in the midst of economy challenges, survival seems impossible.

18. Maybe it just dawn on you that life will never be the same as usual and you fearfully trying to cope.

19. No one cares, unconditional love is rare this days but few folks still show and share.

20. To some self-pity party sound like the best way out. NO! It’s your life face it.

21. Few people see through your eyes! Not everyone will understand your STRUGGLES.


23. It would be easier to sit around feeling bad, looking for people to blame and complain to.

24. rehearsing what you could have done to make things happen differently.
25. Feeling outraged about life’s injustices won’t change the fact that things are often random and beyond your control.

26. Or what you would have done if you only realized before. Or what other people should have done to help you.

27. Dealing with your STRUGGLES can be a lot like dealing with grief, and people often go through the same stages: shock and denial, pain and guilt, anger and bargaining.

28. You have to do this eventually when something bad happens, and the faster you do it, the sooner you’ll improve your situation.

29. Sometimes you need to reset your life, pick the broken pieces and make a creativity design of your life.

30. You are powerful more than you think you that nothing just happen in your life.

31. At a point in my life I was stuck and struggles of life overwhelm me to a point I felt it’s not possible to survive it.

32. Thought men can help me little did I know that my CHANGE and SUCCESS starts from ME.

33. You can’t afford to die in your struggles! You are not BORN a FAILURE in LIFE.

34. it’s not a mistake you are where or who you are today!

35. When throw bricks at you what do you make out of it? Mansion? Bridge, Steps?

36. In your challenges and troubles there is hope and great things ahead of you.

37. Nothing happens in life until you come to knowledge of truth and apply them accordingly.

38. The state of your consciousness about your life will go a long way to drive you to succeed or fail in life.

39. If you lost your job, perhaps the life lesson is to determine your true purpose. If your relationship falls apart, the life lesson may be to become more independent.

40. Focusing on the lesson allows you to work on positive change, which will make you feel empowered instead of deflated.

41. Whenever I deal with adversity, I remind myself to keep my head high as that’s not the end.

42. This too shall PASS!! Tell yourself every time.

43. You have the capacity to navigate through your struggles, only if you can calibrate where you are STUCK in life.

44. Don’t wait for your feelings to change to take action. Take the action and your feelings will change.

45. Believe in YOU. Listen to your soul. Trust your instincts. Acknowledge your own  strengths.

46. Dream it and dare it. Do what you are afraid of, and capable of.

47.Your struggles of today is meant to shape you to a better person for tomorrow don’t KILL the PROCESS!

48. You can’t always get what you want, but you can work at being who you want to be no matter what life throws at you

49. Let go of that which you cannot control and enjoy the moment.

50. You are not your problems or your crisis, your problem is how you manage and respond to LIFE.
