No matter how far life pushes you down, no matter how much you hurt, you can always bounce back.

When you get knocked down hard, it’s important to have the resources to help you get back up again, which includes having people to lean on.

The living has a great hope, we have life to bounce back from any difficulty. The dead had no hope.”

There are no disasters, only opportunities. And, indeed, opportunities for fresh disasters.

I believed in life that foe every problem in life therein equivalent opportunity. Perceptions help on to see and covert to bounce back

I also realized in life that for every event that happens to you have a message and lesson to learn.

Everything’s not going to go perfect. You’re going to have some losses that you’re going to have to bounce back from and some things that are a little unforeseen that you’re going to have to deal with.

The bend in the road is not the end of the road unless you refuse to take the turn.

Those who have mastered the art of resilience know that setbacks and challenges can be our most powerful learning opportunities. Some of the world’s most successful people have been fired from their jobs, and used the experience to learn something about themselves.

Michael Jordan: I have missed more than 9,000 shots in my career. I have lost almost 300 games. On 26 occasions I have been entrusted to take the game winning shot… and I missed. I have failed over and over and over again in my life. And that’s precisely why I succeed.

Life is easy when you’re hot. But what happens when the ball bounces the other way? You just keep getting back up and climbing up

The harder you fall, the higher you bounce. Your failing is a set-up to be great in life.

A divorce, a breakup, losing a job, or just feeling seriously down can ground you, rough you up a bit

Life is a ride that we take, sometimes with a passenger, other times all alone. How you bounce back from life tells a lot about you as a person. Some people fight to the death, others are more a part of death and never truly understand why this is so……”

Inflate yourself with a genuine passion always. This makes it possible for you to bounce back when you fall

Don’t be so damn hard on yourself. Yeah, you screwed up. You’re not perfect, fine. Learn from it. But don’t punish yourself. Be kind to you, even when you screw up. You’ll bounce back eventually. You’ll make up for it.”

Life is not about how fast you run, or how high you climb, but how well you bounce.

Life is 10% what happens to you and 90% how you react to it.

When ever we experience a pain or a loss… we usually bounce back. Sometimes even stronger. That’s called “resiliency.”

Resilient people are good at tapping into their “positivity ratio,” according to Fredrickson. This means that they notice and appreciate the little joys and victories — which keeps them from feeling like “everything” is going wrong.

Resilience isn’t a single skill. It’s a variety of skills and coping mechanisms. To bounce back from bumps in the road as well as failures, you should focus on emphasizing the positive.

Adopting an attitude of “realistic optimism,” which combines the positive outlook of optimists with the critical thinking of pessimists, can boost happiness and resilience.

Gratitude not only helped her deal with being fired, but it also helps her keep life’s everyday stresses in their proper perspective.
